56 (cathemery)
bears come lolloping
out of the woods
in search of honey.
the only honey
is at the house of
the madwizard/
looneyprofessor/
strangeexperimenter.
it causes them to
1) turn into men or women,
2) become aggressive about eating meat,
3) talk incessantly,
4) shed horrendously,
5) suck up the souls of those they eat,
6) die and rise as zombies, or
7) become shapeshifters, possibly
with intelligence, malice, or
a sense of humor.
now the woods are full of
lorelei bears, werebears,
amusing little elf-bears,
very hard-to-kill bears,
and so on.
